During the OBPP Papermaking Marathons people are invited to disperse peace mementos into the paper making process - writings on leaves, shredded money, sparkles and dried flowers - each page has a story onto itself. The following pictures will give you a glimpse of how the OBPP book is made through the process of hand papermaking, bookbinding and custom carving rubber stamps. |

| The first OBPP papermaking marathon happened at the Columbia College Center for Book and Paper Chicago Jan. 2004. 15 people from Michigan, Iowa and Illinois came and helped make 518 new sheets for the book. | ||
